Gr 1's & 2's
- Grade 1 and 2's enjoying a game of 'Clothes Pin Tag' yesterday. Students had to use movement strategies and fine motor skills in order to protect and attempt to grab clothes pins from other players.
- Great
teamwork Grade 1's & 2's! On Tuesday, students learned a new activity
named' Streets and Alleys'. It allowed them to work on their communication,
listening and coordination skills while actively participating in Physical
Education.
Grade 8-10 - This week we have been continuing our unit on 'European Handball'. Yesterday students were introduced to shooting drills involving coordination and agility while aiming and throwing the ball into a target. Later in the lesson, students were engaged in a Mini European Handball game to give them an opportunity to get accustomed to all of the rules and fast paced gameplay.
