GR 9 - 12 BOYS SOCCER TOURNAMENT AT TORONTO CITY SPORTS CENTER

Our high school boys entered the tournament with high expectations and did not disappoint. The boys  finished the round robin with a 3 - 1 - 0 record, putting them in 2nd place of 12 teams. In the quarterfinals the boys were matched up against TCMPS and put in a fantastic effort but unfortunately did not come out on top, losing 1 - 0 in the dying minutes of the game. I just want to congratulate all the boys on a superb effort throughout the tournament!

Practice will commence outdoors on the turf field on Tuesdays and Fridays after school in preparation for our next tournament.

- A daily meal plan based on what your days food intake would look like.
