BENEFITS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION ON ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

BENEFITS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION ON ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

I must stress the importance of physical activity in the daily lives of all children. I could make this really scientific but I am going to keep it as student friendly as possible. When students receive just 20 minutes of exercise, their overall brain function improves. That means you can focus better in class which can lead to better grades.

SO AN ACTIVE BRAIN= BETTER ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE

WOW, I knew I would have an immediate and lasting impact on you!
